Properties and uses of high speed steel saw blade coatings:

A coating:

Series A coating is a PVD coating which is easy to make the saw blade smooth and a very unique heat treatment process, thus greatly prolonging the service life of the saw blade. The wear coefficient of the saw blade is reduced, and the high-speed steel saw blade has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and wear resistance, so it is suitable for cutting high-cemented carbide steel and stainless steel pipe at high speed.

B coating:

B-series coating is a unique coating formulation and advanced PVD coating technology and unique heat treatment process, which greatly reduces the friction of saw blade cutting, improve the service life of saw blade, because of the protection coating to prevent side friction, with workpiece trimming without deformation, smooth and clean cutting surface, hairless cutting speed. It is suitable for sawing soft steel and stainless steel pipes.

C coating:

The C coating is made of special high speed steel materials and advanced coating and unique heat treatment process. It can greatly improve the hardness of the saw blade and obtain better surface lubricity. It has the advantages of fast cutting speed, high efficiency and low blade deviation. It is suitable for cutting high strength hard metals.

D coating:

D series coatings are treated by special heat treatment technology and steam blackening surface treatment, which can withstand high sawing speed and maximum feed rate. It is suitable for sawing all kinds of common steel and stainless steel.
